Each day, you should do a search for your company’s branded phrases. It is also a good idea to search for abbreviations and misspellings that could be your phrases as well.

These could pop up in unsolicited reviews, tweets, blog posts, Facebook posts or articles. Doing a search will show you both positive and negative things being said about your brand.
